The laundry service took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient during my stay.

Just had an very nice stay at Le Premier Hotel! Especially Darling and Lily, were super helpful. Perfect location to explore the Old Quarter. Breakfast was a treat with delicious Pho. Will definitely come back!

Exceptional staff made us feel welcomed and valued.

We faced numerous issues during our stay. First of all, the room we were given initially had no window and the air conditioning was poorly positioned, causing discomfort. I was disappointed that I had to advocate for an upgrade, which we finally received, but it shouldn't have been such a hassle to address a clear oversight.

Oh my gosh, the rooftop bar was like, literally the highlight! The views were stunning, and the cocktails were bomb. The staff went above and beyond, especially when they helped me with directions and gave me a free map of the city. Super clean room, like an art piece! Can't wait to come back!

My stay was a breath of fresh air! The Executive Double Room with Lake View was amazing, boasting fine views and spacious interiors. The highlights were definitely the delicious breakfast options, including fresh Pho and made-to-order egg dishes, and the very nice generosity of the staff who went out of their way to assist us.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. My room, the Deluxe Double with Internal Window, was equipped with everything I needed, including a safe and a fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The rooftop bar offered stunning views and cocktails were delicious. Breakfast had plenty of options, including traditional pho and egg dishes made to order. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist, including a kind offer of a free taxi to the train station on checkout. A bit of noise from the restaurant and rooftop bar could be heard, but wearing earplugs solved that. Just too bad I had to leave after three nights. I would definitely return!

We had an amazing wedding anniversary celebration here, complete with beautifully arranged decorations in our room that truly touched our hearts. The spa offered a soothing massage and a rejuvenating facial that helped us unwind after exploring the city. The only tiny hiccup was a slight delay in getting our laundry back, but it didn’t spoil our experience at all. 🎉
